Kimberly Kelly is an Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering and a preceptor on the Pharmacology Training Grant at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. Dr. Kelly recently made the headlines of UVA Today for securing funding for the development of a new drug called ZB131, an antibody designed to target plectin found on the surface of multiple types of cancer cells.
