Maybe you missed the latest paper detailing the work of a UVA SOM collaboration between the Department of Pharmacology and Nephrology. Dr. Shinji Tanaka from the Okusa lab (Nephrology) and the Guyenet lab (Pharm) combine to map the signaling pathways that contribute to the beneficial effects of vagus nerve stimulation.
