The Pharmacology Department would like to send out a huge congrats to Vlad Serbulea(Norbert Leitinger’s Lab) for being the recipient of the Larry Oberley Young Investigator Award at the recent Society for Rebox Biology and Medicine Meeting.
The Young Investigator Awards are made available to students and postdoctoral fellows based on a submitted abstract and the presentation of the work at the annual. Fifteen awards at $500 each were presented at the SfRBM 2017 Awards Banquet in Baltimore.
Vlad’s achievement in winning the Larry Oberly YIA Award means that his work was one of the top two scored astracts/presentations at SfRBM 2017. Way to go Vlad!
