Spring Seminar Series Begins February 11th with Christopher Del Negro

A cold front may be moving through the area, but we are warming up for an exciting semester of seminar speakers! The Spring 2016 Pharmacology Seminar Series will get started on Thursday, February 11, 2016, with Christopher Del Negro presenting. Dr. Del Negro is a Professor and Chair of Applied Science at the College of William and Mary. He will be speaking at 4:00 p.m. in Jordan 1-17 on “Cellular Origins of Breathing: DBx1-derived Brainstem Interneurons Generate Inspiratory Rhythm and Motor Pattern.” This seminar is hosted by Thurl Harris.

Please note: for the Spring 2016 semester, seminars will continue to be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursdays. Beginning in the Fall 2016 semester, seminars will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursdays.
