Pannexins in Health and Disease
Our laboratory participates in a Program Project Grant (P01 HL120840, Project 4) that seeks to understand biophysical, molecular and cellular mechanisms by which Pannexin 1 channels are activated in their myriad physiological roles. The multi-laboratory group encompasses wide-ranging expertise, and engages in collaborative efforts that are enhanced by frequent and vibrant discussions among PIs, fellows and students.
